After Your Virtual Consultation: Your In-Office Appointment Once you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your visit to the office. When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will greet you and help you get started with a simple form to provide the Doctor with important details about your situation.

Next, one of our experienced treatment coordinators will take you back for a Cone Beam CT Scan, a quick, non-invasive, and completely painless process that captures highly detailed 3D images of your mouth and jaw. The machine simply moves around your head, taking digital images to help us plan your care with precision.

While the Doctor is reviewing your scans, our treatment coordinator will discuss some preliminary treatment options with you. Then, the Doctor will sit down with you to go over your scan results, explain your personalized treatment plan in detail, and answer any questions you may have.

Finally, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know—insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, financing options, and next steps—so you can make a fully informed decision about your care.
